The weird part is that we live on X floor, but not in Y building. Online search reveals that Y apt. complex is in a totally different city. Like, I'm pretty sure you're not seeing *me* in the elevator. Maybe ask this other guy to tutor you? (Because no, I'm not tutoring him.)On twitter.com

Gotta to admit, I don't know whether such requests are common anymore: "Dear complete stranger, please [do English-related labor] for me, and please don't notice I said nothing about pay." Used to *very* common—like, sometimes it was constant. Maybe less so nowadays? *shrug*Permalink On twitter.com
