@GeekinKorea Oh, then it's just the usual incompetence I've come to expect from 공무원. Sorry, but the filtration method for who gets gov't jobs—"Hey, sit in a room and study for two years for a chance to get a job that pays terribly for years but is 'stable'!"—can't attract the best people.
