@ahimsakerp @JustinHowe @hannytenny Because of course all foreigners go to Itaewon every weekend. (Last time I was there—a few years ago now, I guess—90% of people in Itaewon were Korean twenty-somethings and the few remaining foreigners were all sullenly complaining about the gentrification.)
