@GeekinKorea Also, I should add, the best story for this stuff was when a dad emailed me about his (adult) son's required English class grade. I replied that I was not going to violate academic confidentiality but would email his son an explanation that his son could divulge if he so chose.Permalink On twitter.com

@GeekinKorea A few hours after I sent the son an email (which basically noted he'd skipped many classes, done none of the homework, and flunked both exams, and so I was pretty sure he exactly why he'd gotten an F in the class), the dad emailed me saying he understood and thanking me.On twitter.com
