@ahimsakerp But what I meant was, the expectation of queueing and first-come-first-served is so deeply engrained where I'm from. Even in a crappy retail job, if someone butted into line, I'd have said, "Sorry, sir, there's a line. Please wait your turn." (But it rarely happened anyway.)On twitter.com
