      @xtinehlee I don't have any amazing insights either, but shoring up the crumbling barrier between work & life and reclaiming energy that the latter seems to insist on sapping from the former has helped a lot. Storytime and cooking together and being more present. Less doomscrolling.

    @xtinehlee I will also saying getting back to an old hobby of mine (tabletop RPGing with friends regularly) has been relatively sanity-preserving... and thank goodness it's easy to do online.
