@kimhanolkim I'm sure that's inconvenient for them and all, but I worry more about taxpaying non-Koreans *living in Korea* finding various government services inaccessible as they move online for "convenience" and, for all practical purposes, one suddenly needs a Korean ID to use them.On twitter.com
