    @GageStrickland ... but beyond that, it depends on the reader, I think. Someone I knew in uni advised one should plow through without any reference material the first time through. I, obviously, am not following that route. Each person needs to find their own way, I guess.

      @GageStrickland But I'd be lost without the Terrell reference. I also think reading Guide to Kulchur and some earlier poems by Pound helps. And for me, Leon Surette's work has been invaluable, but then, I'm interested in the loony occult stuff that pervaded so much of modernism (including EP's).
