    I've wondered for years why it's "달나라," though: 나라 is "country" or "land" (or, I guess, in the old days, "kingdom") so it's kinda like, "I come from the Moon-Land." Which sounds like a fun setting for a cartoon, or a pulp adventure for that matter.

      I wonder, is "-나라" attached to earmark the moon as a place (to and from which travel, however imaginary, is possible), or is there some other reason or source for the usage? I'm honestly curious.
